Legislation update!

We have moved onto the next step, so the time has come for all of you to contact your State Representatives.  Our bill, House Bill 251, will be going to the House floor for a vote soon.  Before it goes to a vote, it would be absolutely wonderful if as many Representatives were contacted as possible by each practicing acupuncturist in their district.  This usually makes it more relevant to the Reps. if they have ties to the issue in their home district. All you have to say is your name and that you are a practicing acupuncturist in their district and that you want to bring to his/her attention that we have a bill (HB 251) coming to the House floor for a vote to broaden our scope of practice to reflect our neighboring states. This will allow the people of Ohio the ability to receive a higher quality, more diverse level of healthcare. I have included a link for your convenience to locate your Representative and his or her contact information. Enter your zipcode in the search area and your Rep's contact info (email/phone number is listed).
